Ms. Hilda is the best!!!!!!!!!!! Words can’t describe how thankful I am for Ms. Hilda and the amazing staff at Rolls Royce. Five stars is not enough to cover how professional, helpful Words can’t describe how thankful I am for Ms. Hilda and the amazing staff at Rolls Royce. Five stars is not enough to cover how professional, helpful and truly amazing Ms. Hilda is! She and the staff have truly gone above and beyond in helping me purchase my Mercedes Benz. From explaining the process to taking the time to listen to concerns and questions she made the process as transparent as possible as well as a pleasurable one. If you have any concerns about purchasing a used vehicle you can rest assured they stand by their vehicles and they will work with you quickly to resolve any issues that may arise. Such as when I test drove my car and everything worked great the only thing I did not test was the cd player after I signed my paper work and drove it home did I notice the cd player would not read the disk. I expected ( my dealings with other dealerships in the past) to be told there was nothing they could do since I had already bought the car. I contacted Ms. Hilda and was relieved when I was told that she would set up a appointment and it would be fixed no problem! Ms. Hilda and Rolls Royce made a customer for life. Thank you again! More

If you want to have any person handle your sale with it would be Hilda. She was a pleasure to be around and handles business without any of the bs. She won’t barrage you with it’s phone calls and she is real with you which is refreshing from a car salesman. The process from test drive to closing the deal took less than 2 hours and I am the happy owner of a 2012 C63 AMG. If I ever plan to buy another vehicle I will be going to Hilda and I reccmoned you do also. Thanks to all the atolls Royce staff including Tom who handled the financing side of everything very well and was a joy to talk to also. More

From the first conversation with John Overton I recognized he was a listener and someone that was going to do his best to make my purchase experience easy. Prior to ever seeing the vehicle I asked him for an honest review and upon inspection his evaluation was spot on. He was so very helpful and so easy to deal with. Never once did he try to pressure me into a decision. He listened and he was patient with me. Thank you John for a good experience. Best car buying experience I have ever had!!! I recently retired from the Military and told myself I wanted a luxury car, something I always admired and wanted. I made an appointment to test drive I recently retired from the Military and told myself I wanted a luxury car, something I always admired and wanted. I made an appointment to test drive a Jaguar. Hilda was my sales agent and welcomed me with open arms. She was very professional and was willing to do whatever it took to get me in the car that I wanted. She never gave up on me and gave me my space when I needed it and when it was time to close the deal she was all in. I would 100% recommend Hilda to anyone who is looking for a luxury car. John Overton proved to be beyond accommodating to me in the purchase of my 2018 Lexus LC 500. John’s sales acumen and no pressure demeanor was ideal, and was greatly appreciated. Don (Finance Director) was equally outstanding and made the paperwork aspect of the transaction smooth and trouble free. Prince (Sales) was very helpful with the vehicle test drive and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I traveled from Central Florida to Raleigh to test drive and purchase this vehicle and have no regrets in doing so. The Upscale Experience with the down home feel I had made an appointment and drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership for the car of my choice. I arrived and the sales people were very cordial. Ms. Hilda Parker handed me the keys and off my husband and I went for a test drive. Hilda was awesome. She knew all of the details about the vehicle. She was very pleasant. By the way, if you can sing a little, it goes a long way. The whole experience from test drive to purchase with this dealership was nothing like I had experienced before and I've purchased many cars. We found a specific brand of car we had been looking for and with Hilda's help were able to agree in principal to our trade in, allow a 3rd party inspection of the vehicle and line up financing. Upon arrival Hilda was extremely helpful and ready for us to inspect and test drive the vehicle. Process was smooth and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend them. More
