Disappointing. I purchased a 2013 Escape August 23, 2014 after having the best 2005 Ford Explorer. After driving the escape for 5 weeks and putting less than 3,000 I purchased a 2013 Escape August 23, 2014 after having the best 2005 Ford Explorer. After driving the escape for 5 weeks and putting less than 3,000 miles on it, I decided to return and talk about purchasing a bigger vehicle, such as an edge. I was told it was no big deal and I wouldn't lose out on a ton of money. I was also told my happiness with the vehicle was most important to them. After test driving the edge and found it to be more of the vehicle I was looking for, the appraiser went to my vehicle and wanted to give me $7000 less for my escape that I bought 5 weeks previously. The best they could do was $5000 less. That's $1000 per week of owning the car. I would not return or recommend friends or family. More
