My experience with elite auto brokers was magnificent. Since the first time I contacted bob on the phone I felt at ease and relaxed and knew that I would end up buying the car from them. Bob was great, he Since the first time I contacted bob on the phone I felt at ease and relaxed and knew that I would end up buying the car from them. Bob was great, he answered all my questions about the car, any concerns that I had regarding it, texted me a link to get all the information I might need, AND when I asked about the price he was straightforward and gave me the “walk out the door” price. No hidden fees, no extra charge on already installed features or even temporary tags. It was the online price with the service fee which was the lowest I had ever encountered while looking for a car for the last month. I get there, the car is exactly as advertised, well maintained and they were able to help me with everything I needed to help make my decision. The overall experience was so relaxing, I felt at ease, sure about my choice, they were able to help me with lowering the price to the point which I felt comfortable buying it at the spot. The whole process was so easy and fast because I wasn’t tricked by false photos or hidden fees. Bob was so helpful, he was able to solve any issues I wanted fixed before getting the car, I had very particular standards about how I wanted my car to look and they were able to meet them. They didn’t brushed off a concern of mine and were even kind enough to help me free off charge with an issue I had AFTER I got the car. Overall, great company, nice and helpful people. Elite Auto Brokers is a top of the line kind of used car dealership. First, they keep most of their cars indoors in their showrooms. Second, they only carry very high quality cars. On top of that, the owner was quick to contact me after inquiring, as was Fred the salesman. I could feel that this is a low pressure dealership where their product does the talking. We bought a 3 year old Mercedes that was in like new condition. When I pointed out 2 minor issues, they took care of it. The transaction was very easy and Fred was able to get us cheaper financing than from my credit union. I always look for these boutique dealerships! Their KBB 5.0 star rating is well deserved! Today, I bought a car for my wife. Soon, I will be back to buy one for me. More
