They ran our credit telling us it would just be a soft check and not go on our credit report to give us an idea of cost. They ran 6 hard inquires to different banks and credit unions when we told them up check and not go on our credit report to give us an idea of cost. Henry was very nice, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. This was very positively different from what we experienced at some of the other dealerships.
