HORRIBLE service department. They had my car for 8 days now and no updates. I had to call on my own after 5 days of no updates. It’s impossible to get an update over telephone. They just kept brushing me off and passing the phone around or telling me someone else will get back to me. I saw everyone else’s reviews and they’re similar. I wish I saw these reviews before taking my car in. The service advisor Moe is an extremely unprofessional. Jared charged me $270 for an oil change because my warranty was expired. I called ford and they said it’s not expired. They treat women so bad. Do not take your car here. This review is for Jared. I called ford and filed a complaint. More

My car has been in their service for well over a 2. 5 month cumulatively over 3 service drop offs. It’s impossible to get any update over telephone or email. Their service advisors, manager, and director don’t care at all about you. I’ve been told I’ll hear back, but days go by and there’s never any calls. Their phone line has left me on hold for over an hour only to be hung up on. I still don’t have the car back in my possession and still have no idea where my car is. I feel like I’ve been rob. They don’t offer rentals. They have been a major inconvenience. DON’T EVER CONSIDER GOING TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! They cause undue stress and you’ll never get your car back. More

Horrible experience with Serramonte Ford. I have 2020 Mustang and had zero issues, just dropped off for regular 30k miles service and after got my vehicle back, I started hearing a humming no I have 2020 Mustang and had zero issues, just dropped off for regular 30k miles service and after got my vehicle back, I started hearing a humming noise while driving and also vibration on the steering wheel! Discussion after discussion, and after spending several days they claimed the issue comes from the tires! The same tires which were perfectly fine, according to Serramonte Service Manager - all in sudden start making noise(!) The service manager didn't believe me that before the service, there was no noise. I asked to prove if the noise is coming from the tires, but he asked me additional charge to change the tires... I am planning escalating this issue to Ford Service management as much as I can, and also sharing my horrible experience on social media on different platforms. In the meantime I am going to seek my legal rights as well. Just a friendly reminder; If you love your car, stay away from Serramonte Ford guys...It was my first visit but it is gonna be the last one! More

From the day I purchased my very first brand new truck from Serramonte Ford I have been living in a nightmare and regretting the purchase. On the first complimentary oil change and 3 other occasions since from Serramonte Ford I have been living in a nightmare and regretting the purchase. On the first complimentary oil change and 3 other occasions since they have damaged my truck when I have brought it in for service to make up for prior damage they did! They take absolutely ZERO responsibility, have blamed me or been annoyed and treated me poorly because of their own mistakes. One time they even left me stranded at a Shopping center because the workers were too afraid to they’ll their manager that they damaged my truck. I’ve been waiting for months for a replacement part now that they broke on my last visit. Absolutely do not buy a truck here, you will regret it! I’m thinking about selling my truck just so I don’t have to take it there anymore for warranty service. They also dodge calls and do not respond, it’s a very dishonest dealership. Beware! More

We took our ford ranger to this dealership for some manufacture problem, something that should had taken a week took over a month. We paid over 3000 in repairs the car still was on warranty and they were trying to avoid to provide me a loaner. They make me call ford motor company to request a loaner. I end up having to pay for rental car up front they promess me a refund after 4 months I'm still waiting, we have called Henry and Jesus at service department and no vary will take the time to refund our money. People STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. More

If I could give zero starts, I would. I brought my car (Ford Fiesta 2013, less than 40K miles on it) to this place end of June with a power issue (car losing power, especially on hills). They changed the clutch and charged me almost $3000. The problem was not solved. At the end of July, I brought it in again and they said there was a problem with the calipers and they needed to be changed. After I complained, they did not charge me for that, but charged to change the pads on the breaks. So, at this point I have spent almost $3600 and the problem hasn’t been solved. I brought the car back. They did not test the car when I said they had to in order to see the problem (in the morning, on a hill). So the car was on the shop for 2 or 3 weeks and nothing was done because they didn’t see the problem I was having. Since they didn’t know what the problem was, they had been waiting to hear from Ford. I needed the car, so I had to take it back. Today, driving on a hill in the morning, the car almost didn’t make it! I called them again and they say that they haven’t heard from Ford yet, so there is nothing they can do. It has been 4 months already and I can’t use the car properly! I don’t want to bring the car to another place and pay more to fix the car since I already paid for something that hasn’t solved the problem, so Ford needs to fix it somehow because I might have paid for something that didn’t even needed fixing! I am not sure what to do at this point. I don’t want to wait forever and keep being brushed off. Do you know your cars or not?? Where are the specialists? They have been waiting to hear from for Ford for more than 1 month now! More
