He was able to get me a loaner vehicle yes, the day before my vehicle was able to be picked up. It took two weeks that I was very patient and understanding with the service advisor. Everyday I was told tomorrow. I was advised that the part had to be ordered in which I patiently waited for that to come in. Was never told what part until I had asked. I was also advised the paint had to dry everyday but after speaking to the manager just about two weeks later the part had not even been painted yet.
The at home service was fantastic.
Saves time and in the comfort of my own home. How can that be better??

Not happy with service as I explained my sensor situation
when last serviced and to no avail I still have the problem. I also have a problem with my hot spot and they said I would have to leave vehicle for 2
