I HAD HARD NUMBERS ON PAPER THAT I WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE THEY COULD BEAT. HARD NUMBERS, LIKE A PRINT OUT FROM ANOTHER DEALER WITH A PRICE, PAYMENT,TERMS THE WHOLE DEAL, AND THEY COULDNT MAKE IT HAPPEN. I WAS FIRST TOLD THEY COULD BEAT IT, THEN IT TURNED INTO WE CAN MATCH IT, THEN IT TURNED INTO BEING 40 BUCKS MORE A MONTH THAN THE QUOTE I HAD. SO AS FAR AS MY EXPIERIENCE, IT WAS THE SAME TYPICAL DEALERSHIP, NOTHING OUTSTANDING OR SPECIAL ABOUT THEM. More

Broke down in Sealy and saved by Ryan Ford Last week I was coming back from a trip to San Antonio and stopped to tank up in Sealy, I noticed steam coming from the engine of my 2011 vehicle...I Last week I was coming back from a trip to San Antonio and stopped to tank up in Sealy, I noticed steam coming from the engine of my 2011 vehicle...I called roadside assistance and was told there was a Ford dealer in town. I called Ryan Ford and spoke to Paul telling him of my problem and that I was on my way home to Louisiana... Paul sent over a tow truck within 10 minutes and while my vehicle was being loaded on the tow truck, Paul called me to get my vin# so he could see if there was a radiator in stock. As we pulled into Ryan Ford there were a long row of Mustangs with black rims and I was reminded of the problems I had been having with this vehicle and how I had owned a 1967 Mustang and at that moment I decided I was probably going home in a new 2015 Mustang. Paul introduced me to Travis and within minutes we were taking a test drive and to make a long story short, by 5:00 PM, I had traded my vehicle, and was back on the road home in my new 2015 Mustang. I have bought approximately 50 vehicles in my life and never experienced such a high level of attention from any dealer. Even though Ryan Ford is in Texas and I live in Louisiana, I will be buying my cars from Ryan Ford. Thank you Paul, Travis, Wesley and the rest of the folks at Ryan for getting me back on the road to my family within 5-6 hours from break down. Nice meeting Henri too. More

Straight-forward, best price available, friendly service I started my search for a 2015 Mustang Ecoboost with an online search for cars similar to my built specs. Naturally, I received 15 emails from different dealerships. My personal preference was to stick to the city and had no anticipation of going out to Sealy. I responded to everyone of the emails with a particular price I was looking for. I either never heard back or was told that my request was unreasonable from all the dealerships, except one. Colton Martin and I very candidly negotiated back and forth with specs and price until we landed on something I was comfortable with. Rather than tell me I was unreasonable, Colton took the time to see if he could meet my needs. Due to his perseverance and ability to work with me on my schedule, I did not bother shopping the price around to dealerships in the city which would have given them business on someone else's hard work. Colton was not able to be at the dealership during my pick up, unfortunately I could not thank the man in person. He did leave me in the very capable hands of his manager John McLeod and associate Mark Jones. All of my information was on file and the car was ready to go as soon as I got there, no hiccups in the handover process. Everyone I came across greeted me with a smile and thanked me for being there. Even the dog made sure you felt welcome! More

He kept me updated with build date, shipping date, and the whole process along the way. I absolutely love the truck and Steve took the time to walk me through how to work everything in it before we left the lot. My husband and I always feel that we have been treated fairly when we deal with Ryan Ford. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from Steve Fox.
