The service center has been great, except for the wait, but it's to be expected because they do a great job! However, I am still not happy with the way my purchase went. Unwanted to just pay cash for the v but it's to be expected because they do a great job! However, I am still not happy with the way my purchase went. Unwanted to just pay cash for the vehicle and I stupidly was talked into financing some of it and now I am at risk of losing it when I knew this would happen. Also, I was told I was receiving $1000 for my trade but my copies show only $700 was paid. Last, I was told the dealer add one were mandatory when they are not because you guys were able to remove 2 out of the 3, and the add on for the seat protection, the product I was told they spray on the seats, everything stains the seats including water and that doesn't seem normal to me. The car was $14,500 and I put over $12000 down when I was told that the dealership should have taken my cash and I just feel ripped off. I apologize but that's how I feel but I'm sure the salesman and finance man were high giving each other so I don't think this review will matter. However, I appreciate the two free oil changes and they were great. Only wish I had more. Anyways have a nice day. More
