I received paperwork stating I needed services that I had just had done. They said I need new tires soon when my tires have less than 5000 miles on them. They said my car has 93000 miles when it actually has just had done. They said I need new tires soon when my tires have less than 5000 miles on them. They said my car has 93000 miles when it actually has 103500. When I asked to have this corrected she became flustered and tried to take back the paperwork they gave me stating all this. I did appreciate the complimentary but my suspicions are now aroused. More

We were leaving for a family trip for our daughter’s 6th birthday and unexpectedly my gas cap wouldn’t open because the latch was broken. We went straight to the dealership and they helped us immediately. T birthday and unexpectedly my gas cap wouldn’t open because the latch was broken. We went straight to the dealership and they helped us immediately. They were all kind to our family and made sure everything was fixed before we left. We really appreciate the last minute help in this situation and due to their quickness and effectiveness we were able to leave for our trip and enjoy the rest of our day! Great service and information upon arrival. Time quoted to do the service was actually shorter than anticipated. This is the 3rd Kia we have purchased from Vision Kia Canandaigua.
