Two words describe this dealership: Rude and Unprofessional. Arrived ontime to my appointment and had to wait for 3 hours and 45 minutes just to get a oil change and wiper fluid,. No one apologi Unprofessional. Arrived ontime to my appointment and had to wait for 3 hours and 45 minutes just to get a oil change and wiper fluid,. No one apologized or communicated with me. When I finally found a manager in the service department and told him how long I had waited He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. More

I have a 2011 hyundai elantra that I took to this dealer for a call they made three months ago. Now I had problems in the direction and this dealer says not to fix this defect because there was no call for for a call they made three months ago. When I was there the first time, many said they had certain doubts regarding the direction.A few days ago I got a form to extend the engine warranty because it has manufacturing faults. What about steering failures that are dangerous. Why haven't you made a call so far or are you expecting more accidents? More
