Went yesterday on 6/20/24 for an oil change. I have been a customer here since 2005. The customer service is non existent with the service advisors. The one who assisted me and I use the word “assisted” very loosely because I seemed to have been a bother. No customers were in the waiting area so it didn’t appear he was very busy. Although my oil change was very quick, I shouldn’t have to ask how my car is doing. The service advisor didn’t tell me anything and I had to ask the cashier who had to ask the service advisor about my car. The service advisor stated “I think you need rear brakes done next time”. It would have been nice if I was told that and I didn’t have to ask. Also, why do you keep the inspection/vehicle reports? You used to give them to the customers. I want to know what’s going on with my car. That’s the service advisors job to tell the customer. Do better! I’m not happy the customer service is going downhill… More

Came for an oil change and was out in an hour. Everyone was very friendly and they all know me by name. I was a little upset because I had a maintenance service plan but even though the time and miles was was very friendly and they all know me by name.
