I brought my 2005 ssr for a shifting transmission problem and 30000 mile service they fixed the problem with the transmission did the service but locked my console that I don’t have a key for and told me to and 30000 mile service they fixed the problem with the transmission did the service but locked my console that I don’t have a key for and told me to leave my car with them for another day, I didn’t want to leave it for another day because I need my car for transportation. I went to day and night key service and they said I had to get a key from GM parts which they do not have so now I have a locked console that I can’t use! More

Needs better oil change services, every oil change I have experienced would examine the car and if they find something they said what you can fix. This place lacks deeply on that, not just that but if you as experienced would examine the car and if they find something they said what you can fix. This place lacks deeply on that, not just that but if you ask while getting your oil change service that your noticing a weird sound, and want to know what it is, their best answer is “if it bothers you fix it” well no s!! That why I’m asking to see where is it coming from so I can make a service appointment. So yes needs better service. More
