From last February 2022 when we ordere can’t answer that fairly. However I can tell you that you’re very lucky to have Hector Valdez working for you! From last February 2022 when we ordered our Genesis until yesterday when we received it, Hector was always available to give me updates on when it might arrive. When we arrived yesterday he spent an unbelievable amount of time with the paperwork and setting up apps and going over things for us.
