I came in for service on a recall item (roof rails). I had responded to email from Ford and set an appointment, but the national Ford call center failed to inform the dealership of my appointment. Whe I had responded to email from Ford and set an appointment, but the national Ford call center failed to inform the dealership of my appointment. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. Hector was very helpful and patient, as I was clearly frustrated. Hector got me in and fixed the recall issue within a few hours. Great service!
