Started research online and was connected to Heather. She was responsive, kept communication going via text for 2 weeks but never rushed me. We had selected the 2015 Santa Fe Hybrid listed online and just needed a test drive and more info on the car. She had the car ready for test and all info ready. From walking in to test drive to agreeing on a price went very smooth. We couldn't drive off with the car due to my insurance agent not being available to get that taken care of.
