Heather Swanson knows her stuff. Based on the explanation of my problem, she told me what was wrong with my vehicle even before the mechanics got a look at it. And she was right! Everybody at Valley Buick GMC is so friendly and helpful and that's the reason I continue to go there for service. Heather lined up my appointment with the availability of a loaner vehicle and I really appreciated that. The best part is there was no charge for the loaner. My vehicle was done sooner than I expected and Heather called me to tell me I could pick it up. It's been running and starting fine ever since. More

While I typically have positive experiences with Heather and your team, I encountered a few issues during my last appointment. Firstly, I specifically requested that the tire pressure be checked. Heather and your team, I encountered a few issues during my last appointment. Firstly, I specifically requested that the tire pressure be checked. Heather assured me that this was a standard procedure, however, I subsequently had to stop and adjust the tire pressure myself. Secondly, I was informed that a tire rotation would be performed. While I was charged for this service, it was not completed. I appreciate that the supervisor promptly resolved this issue and was very professional and friendly in doing so. I hope this feedback is constructive. I understand that these may have been isolated incidents, as Heather is usually very attentive to detail. Thank you More
