I had been in 3 times for low tire pressure so they recommended I have tire checked for possible slow leak. Brought back for appt and they did find a small nail in tire and while repairing tire the tir recommended I have tire checked for possible slow leak. Brought back for appt and they did find a small nail in tire and while repairing tire the tire sensor was broken. They had to order one but assured me ok to drive as tire was repaired but I would see warning light, came back after order came in and new sensor was replaced (at no cost to me). To put in context I’m in my 70’s and don’t know how to inflate tire, and don’t want to learn…the staff in the dealership is always so respectful and encourages me to bring car in with any concerns I might be having. I appreciate their attentiveness and kindness. I’ve moved since I bought my car and am now very close to another Buick dealership but make the drive to this dealership because of the way I am treated. Thank you! More
