When I called to make the initial appointment the person I spoke to knew I was having battery troubles. At that very moment they should have informed me there would be a charge to check the battery and I wo I spoke to knew I was having battery troubles. At that very moment they should have informed me there would be a charge to check the battery and I would have simply passed on getting my vehicle checked out here. Instead I got to the dealership and found out by a receptionist that there was $100 charge and nobody was around to assist. There are plenty of places (my local shell) that would do the exact same “check” free of charge. Honestly very disappointed with the overall service and have no plans on ever returning back to here for any kind of service. I’d rather take my vehicle and business somewhere I know i’m not being taken advantage of. More

I had used this dealership for years have since moved to Florida. Had a dead battery and they worked me in without an appointment.
