From the moment I arrived until I left I was kept updated on the progress of my repairs and the cost that I may incur. I was able to talk with my mechanic. That was so important to me for my funds were limit on the progress of my repairs and the cost that I may incur. I was able to talk with my mechanic. That was so important to me for my funds were limited and knowing what was being done was priority. I felt so at ease and was able to relax as I awaited my vehicle. Heather was absolutely amazing and so was “my mechanic”I felt so connected with him, (so sorry I forgot his name). I found Starling on my GMC app. I’m so glad I chose you. They diagnosed what my car needed very quickly and saved me from having to rent a car they were honest and told me to return to the business that did the original repair because the issue I was having was c me from having to rent a car they were honest and told me to return to the business that did the original repair because the issue I was having was caused from them not doing an alignment after replacing my struts Thank goodness for honest people thanks to Heather and the mechanic I returned the car back to where I had the struts done and they did what they should have done the first time More
