The level of service from HEATHER is/was absolutely professional and a pleasure to deal with. She dealt with the insurance co. And was very successful at making sure we got what we needed. Been going to Legend for about 10 years. Service has always been exceptional, beginning with the previous Service person which Heather has assumed this role. Heather is truly the best cust Service has always been exceptional, beginning with the previous Service person which Heather has assumed this role. Heather is truly the best customer service person to deal with and very accommodating. Most importantly, Heather provided an estimate that was accurate and detailed. The last service done on my car (November 2025) was a major repair and a bit frustrating because of the time required and additional parts needed to be ordered - but Heather managed to minimize the stress and frustration as she was in constant communication with updates and advising on time expectations. Great job to Heather and very much appreciate her efforts - give Heather a raise!! More
