Shawn listened to what I was looking for and did not try and sway me to anything higher than what I budgeted. When doing the test drive with Shawn, he explained some of the features and answered all of my questions! While waiting for my paperwork to be ready, I was asked to meet with Angel who took me to the car, snapped a pic with Shawn and myself and then while in the car, Angel paired my phone with the car and went over a lot of the tech stuff. She said that if I had any questions to reach out to her. This is my second lease with Del Toyota and I am completely satisfied once again. I wasn't rushed to make a decision, nor was I overwhelmed. I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like I was talking to a friend or family member. A great staff all around! Thank you for the great service!!! More
