Spitzer’s salesmen Cody Anthony answered all of our questions, without being pushy. We looked at 2 vehicles, so we were back and forth, on a lot of issues. The people on drop off were rude. We had ro wait 15 minutes to get waited on while the woman who waited on us did nothing. Another customer came in after us and got waited on right aw We had ro wait 15 minutes to get waited on while the woman who waited on us did nothing. Another customer came in after us and got waited on right away while we stood there. After finding out our car was done I tried to contact the service department multiple times with no luck. Several hours later they finally returned my call. There was no explanation about the work that was done to our Escalade including the engine recall. They didn't even explain that special oil had to be used in the future. It will soon be time to trade in our 23 escalade and I highly doubt we will come to spitzer More
