The entire experience was excellent and first class professional. Have bought cars before, but never had a better team to work with than this one. Had my mind set on a totally different make of car and professional. Have bought cars before, but never had a better team to work with than this one. This is my second or third experience with purchasing a vehicle at Dothan Toyota. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience and kindness of Wayne, Josh and Heath. I can easily say that my total car buying experience was a positive one at Toyota of Dothan with the assistance of Heath Danford and Chris Kramer. Heath was exceptionally patient and responsive throughout a positive one at Toyota of Dothan with the assistance of Heath Danford and Chris Kramer. Heath was exceptionally patient and responsive throughout the process of reviewing the options and vehicles that would potentially fit in my budget. He was very accommodating with my schedule in setting up plans to bring my trade vehicle in for their review and evaluation, as well as to look at vehicles on their lot at my convenience. As we were able to finalize vehicle selection and purchase details, Heath and Chris were very thorough and were keen to ensure we were all on the same page. Chris was happy to discuss any and all aspects of the documents as they were executed as well as to answer any questions that arose; directly related or otherwise. At no point in my dealings with Heath and Chris did I feel pressured or as if I was simply the next in a long line of potential customers. I never felt rushed while looking at vehicles or while approaching a decision point for the eventual purchase of a 2013 4Runner SR5. They both made it clear through their actions that they enjoy what they do and were happy to have me as a customer. Further, it was evident that they genuinely looked forward to future dealings with me at Toyota of Dothan for service, parts, accessories, subsequent car purchases, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Heath and Chris to friends, family, or colleagues for their Toyota needs and considerations. I just purchased my 3rd vehicle through Toyota Dothan and I will never look anywhere else for my family's vehicle needs! Whatever your paying Heath Danford is not enough! Heath always devotes all of his attention and energy into pleasing the customer without any gimmicks or undue pressure. He listened attentively to what I was looking for and made his recommendation based solely on MY needs and wants. Toyota of Dothan is a first rate dealership run by consummate professionals, and Heath Danford stands out at every turn. I've bought a 2012 Tundra for myself and today bought a 2013 Corolla for my daughter from Toyota of Dothan. Within the year I'll be buying a new vehicle for my wife as well and will look no further than this dealership, and will work with no other salesman that Heath. Promote him now and invest in the one of the best assets you will ever have! I'd also like to mention Kris Kramer, one of Toyota Dothan's financial officers. Again, this dealership employs nothing but top notch professionals. Chris walked me through all the paperwork and explained every form in detail. I was hoping to be able to purchase a vehicle with low mileage at an affordable price. The sales team starting working on financing. I received a call from the folks at Toyota and was told they had approval. I went back to Toyota and the sales team was determined to be able to sell me a vehicle. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. No pressure tactics. Everyone answered all of our questions and concerns. Heath was our primary contact.
