Very BAD Experience. This Dealership is considered my worst experience as they did not provide the proper paper works to their Insurance broker and I was assured that som This Dealership is considered my worst experience as they did not provide the proper paper works to their Insurance broker and I was assured that someone would call me back the payment because as of today I do not know where I have to set the payment and my agent said he get back to me like 3 times for the past 5 business day. Here I am again. For almost a year I have gotten the run around from this dealer. They sold me a damaged vehicle and refused to fix or make me whole after I laid out For almost a year I have gotten the run around from this dealer. They sold me a damaged vehicle and refused to fix or make me whole after I laid out money for repairs. After my last review I was contacted by someone named “Haz”. For weeks he strung me along as if Dana Ford was going to make things right. It was another stroke job from the shadiest dealer in NY. Don’t make the mistake I made. Find your car elsewhere. These clowns should not be in business. I will continue to tell anyone who will listen on how Dana ford treats it customers. Don’t judge them on their good reviews…judge them on their bad ones. They don’t make the cars…they sell them. If theater going to take peoples money then they should stand by what they sell. Worst stealership ever!! More
