An absolute sham of a dealership charging 8k over msrp for a vehicle. I don’t understand who is paying 8k over msrp for anything, they literally have the msrp set as the value of the vehicle and this comp for a vehicle. I don’t understand who is paying 8k over msrp for anything, they literally have the msrp set as the value of the vehicle and this company thinks it’s ok to charge a blanket 8k over just because it’s a popular vehicle. We need to buy two new cars in the next year (one now and one in about a year) and because of this policy, we will not step foot in any of the Hyman dealerships. There are plenty of options out there where you can buy a vehicle without an absurd “market adjustment” More

The crew at Hyman Brothers reminds me of why the US Marine Corps is great - because they're quality people that respect and honor tradition. From the technical perspective, Rick Bradley was/is the consummate professional. He takes great care in knowing the details of the entire inventory and is extremely effective in communicating that to the buyer. From the personal perspective, as others on the team worked to get me the best possible price for my trade in, Rick spent time with me and my son relating (with pride) the history and tradition of the Hyman family - and their impressive business pursuits. Daddy Hyman would be proud of the good ol' customer service that the dealership is displaying. they made me feel like a queen with not so good credit and all. should have listened to my hubby when he told me to go back and see rick then because he presented himself well. Great Great Great. and although i worked with the broad street location my vehicle was at the southside mitsubishi location and Tom Hyman had me escorted by another sales whose name i can't remember to the other location to view the automobile Rick and Jimmy had worked to get me in. More
