Haydar made us feel welcome right away, didn’t try to push an up-sale (he was conscientious that we were there for a specific vehicle), assured that we were attended to, and that we were comfortable in every way. He gave both myself and my husband so much attention to our conversations and questions. Haydar also knew we had an appointment at another dealer an hour and a half after meeting him….he made the time for us and, after the test-drive with Steven proved a great vehicle, Haydar took great care of us so much so that we called the other dealer to cancel. We were in and out with our purchase in less than 4 hours even with the quick trip to the bank! Our Genius, Jason, was great with feature explanations and fielding our questions during our vehicle review and setting up our myBMW account and our devices. Everything was good except for the trade in, which isn’t really the dealership’s fault. However, it needs to be shared. We have a 2017 x5 40e. The car is in good shape and has been well maintained. It's our first BMW, and we were proud of that. The car drives well. It looks good. With a good detail it would look like a $30,000 car. Everything but the batteries seem to have a lot of life remaining. Because of an issue with the high-voltage batteries, we were offered $1,000!!! $1,000 for a seven year old BMW! I have a '99 Honda Accord that's worth a lot more than that! BMW should be ashamed! They're beautiful cars and my wife and I both enjoyed the car, but for it to be completely worthless after only seven years is a slap in the face to its "green" ethos. Cars on cars.com selling for more more than $1,000: 1994 Geo Prizm with 229,126 miles - $1,998 1999 Toyota 4Runner with 347,107 miles - $7,998 2006 Subaru Outback with 276,000 miles - $2,600 2004 Honda Odyssey with 250,856 miles - $3,488 2009 Scion xD with 211,994 miles - $3,988 2002 Buick LeSabre with 201,645 miles - $3,988 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada with 186,657 miles - $2,988 Three of these manufacturers aren't even in business any more! What a disappointment!! More
