Negotiating the deal was straightforward and quick, without the usual delay tactics. When it came time to take delivery of my new car (which had to be shipped from another dealer), there was a problem without the usual delay tactics. The dealer still let the transaction be completed while awaiting the title for the car. This was much appreciated. Also the Genius explained that functions of the car in great detail.
