My wife and I had ordered a brand new Mercedes Bens with a 6-8 month wait. In that time we had moved out of state but came back when they received our new vehicle. That is where the nightmare begins. We dr a 6-8 month wait. In that time we had moved out of state but came back when they received our new vehicle. That is where the nightmare begins. We drove back down there to pick it up the vehicle and we paid cash. To this day we still have not received the registration or the title. We continue to get this xx runaround, from everyone. This is the real customer service you get from this dealership which is a joke! We plan on filing complaints with the General Manager, BBB, and reporting them to WRAL 5 on your side. Harry the Sales Rep, Dan with Title work and Danielle in Registration and Title all have done nothing to resolve our issue and made this nightmare even worse!!! Everyday it's just another xx excuse! My wife has been driving her car with NO registration or title because Mercedes Benz of Cary don't give a darn about you just your money!! I highly recommend NEVER buying a vehicle from them and getting the incompetent run around after they cash your check!! BEWARE, you've been Warned!! More

After servicing our 2021 GLE 450, we decided to trade it in for a 2023 GLE 450. Our experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Our service advisor, Matthew, was fantastic! SL 550 Purchase I was looking for a Porsche 911 (2013-2015) to purchase and wanted to contrast that to a new car that I might purchase. I went to the Cary MB dealersh I was looking for a Porsche 911 (2013-2015) to purchase and wanted to contrast that to a new car that I might purchase. I went to the Cary MB dealership to look at a specific 2019 E-class that might work. He showed me an upgraded car with a lower price that I should consider. Drove the car and it was good. Two days later I brought my wife in to look at the car. We were talking and I asked Harry to give us a moment and he immediately did. We then left the dealership to go look at the 911. The 911 didn't resonate but we found out a 2016 SL-550 with 4,100 miles was at the Cary location in our price range. We went back to the Cary MB dealership and Harry presented the car to us. We didn't purchase that day but did come back on Monday to buy the car. I applaud Harry's patience and understanding that I was after the driving experience rather that bells and whistles. In the end, I couldn't be happier with Cary MB, the GM (Neil Chance) , and Harry in particular for the purchase. I also highly recommend Jim for services. I have been going to this location for services on my 2000 E class for 20 years. It's still humming along. More
