I have been having Crown Buick/GMC service my vehicles for the past eight years and have always found this agency has the best and friendliness employees, whether in sales or service. My previous service advisor unfortunately had to leave because of an illness. Yesterday. I was assigned a new service advisor named Lexi Sarang, Lexi had previously been employed by Crown and I was shocked to hear her call me by my last name since she didn't know I was going to be assigned to her. I asked her how she knew my name and she told me that she remembered me from when she worked there before. Lexi was very polite, courteous and helpful for what I needed done to my vehicle. Crown Buick/GMC is fortunate to have an outstanding employee like her. More
