Buyer Beware of the “MANDATORY” $699 “Protection Package”. What ever the “low” price, add $700 on to that from the very beginning. It’s too bad. I like the concept of the dealership. Basically DIY experience with the research and picking a vehicle to drive online, the “Valets” to quickly grab the car you want to drive and pull it up front. Test drive by yourself, no pressure to buy. Decent prices and cars. Free car fax. Unfortunately the new policy of the fake mandatory protection package ruins any good faith and immediately makes you question the supposed transparency and honesty of the other aspects of the dealership. **update Found a box of "SLIME" tire repair glue in the back of my car. Had a work order tag with my vehicle VIN# on it. Asked specifically about the tires before purchase and were told they were great. Have called and emailed twice now to find out what work orders were done on my vehicle and if I need to have concerns about a tire being full of "SLIME", and possibly have a hole in it. No one has called me back about the issue, and one person said "not my department". More
