Made the 75 mile drive and bought the one that was there because it was immaculate and it was a pre-owned certified. I found a dealership that treated you like a person and made the transaction smooth and enjoyable. Everyone from the sales manager Anthony, to the salesman Harris were friendly and professional. No high pressure sales tactics. They worked to get the payment where I needed it. I had an issue with the ridiculous MD inspection program and Pelligrino worked with me to get the issue resolved. Jim the service manager went above and beyond to take care of my issue. They also gave me an additional 30 day tag so I could get it through the inspection. Just great people top to bottom. We chose Pellegrino based on online reviews, but still arrived feeling skeptical. Harris met us as we got out of the car, and has been immensely helpful ever since. We described what he wanted, and he told us it would be hard to find but NEVER tried to push us to reduce our requirements or choose another model. He did a nationwide search for a new vehicle that met our requirements. No luck. So he walked us through choosing exactly what we wanted to order for the 2026 model year. Harris tracked the Stellantis system to find out as soon as they would be accepting orders for 2026. What a wonderful surprise when he called us a couple of days before Christmas to say we could come in to order our Jeep! After we ordered the Jeep, he kept us posted on its progress. The best surprise was when the website said it hadn’t been shipped, but Harris called to say our Jeep was on the lot! We picked it up the very next sunny day, and the whole process felt like a celebration! We pass at least one other Jeep dealership and drive 15 extra miles every time we go to Pellegrino, and it’s completely worth it. Harris - and everyone else there - are professional, friendly and trustworthy. The complete opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson.
