I have been working in the Automotive industry for a little over a decade now. I have worked every position on the sales side of the business and up to a corporate level. I reached out to the team online and received a call back right away. I took a zero pressure test drive and decided to return after 24 hours of think time to make sure I wanted the car. The purchase was even easier. We agreed on terms and they delivered the car to my house a couple hours later. The sales associate and GM were both present and we had a pleasant conversation. Great team. More

This dealership made a huge error booking my lease to Genesis Finance and wants me to pay the incorrect amount while it gets sorted out, which is not in alignment with my contract.
