Communication was poor. I had to initiate communication with the service department and was given multiple timelines for return calls that were not adhered to. After having I had to initiate communication with the service department and was given multiple timelines for return calls that were not adhered to. After having my vehicle all day, I needed to pick my vehicle up to get my children to their soccer games. I was told a Lyft was 7 minutes away and to wait outside of my place of business to be picked up. 35 minutes later, I called the service department once again and within 30 seconds of that phone call, I received multiple text messages from Lyft that my ride was approximately 7 minutes away (at the time of my follow-up phone call, leading me to believe they forgot to order the Lyft initially). I ended up having a co-worker bring me to the dealership as I did not have time at that point to wait for the Lyft. Two of three of my concerns (engine tapping and entertainment center glitching) were not fixed. More
