I recently had an exceptional experience at Whitten Brothers Mazda. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Unlike other dealerships, Whitten Brothers Mazda was completely transparent with their pricing right from the start. There were no hidden fees or surprises, just straightforward and honest communication. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with my new Mazda. Highly recommend Whitten Brothers Mazda for anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience! I also since buying a car have had my first service appointment getting an oil change and it went great!! More

I worked with many sellers during my used car search and ended up buying from Harold Toast for good reason. He was exceptionally professional, informed, and responsive to my question and needs (and not push ended up buying from Harold Toast for good reason. He was exceptionally professional, informed, and responsive to my question and needs (and not pushy at all). The Whitten Brothers Dealership as a whole seems to be a quality outfit. I will work with Harold again in the future for my car needs! More

We had a terrific experience purchasing a used Mazda from Whitten. Harold Toast had our car waiting for a test drive, was thoughtful in answering our questions, patient with our various requests, and never Whitten. Ron was an engaged, down-to-earth, and creative sales manager who negotiated fairly and found local financing that surpassed the already low rates offered by our larger bank. And today, Hope, the finance manager called to let us know that a better rate had been offered from the same bank and we simply needed to re-sign some paperwork. Very pleased with the whole experience and level of customer care in the process. More

We had been interested in the car earlier in the week, and the whole team from Whitten Brothers worked with us to make sure this was the car for us and that we would be able to buy it. Our sales rep, Harold toast, was super helpful from start to finish; the whole team was zero pressure (which was appreciated). We would definitely buy from Whitten Brothers again! More

Surprisinigly Good Experience Like so many people I'm not a fan of the whole buying a new car thing, but our experience with Whitten Bros. Mazda was surprisingly pleasant. Pleasant Like so many people I'm not a fan of the whole buying a new car thing, but our experience with Whitten Bros. Mazda was surprisingly pleasant. Pleasant enough that we ended up buying a new CX-5 on the spot - despite our initial plan to leave and think about it! Harold Toast was informed on his product, wasn't pushy, and made us feel comfortable dealing with him. Same for Nick the manager who gave us a reasonable price and fair trade-in allowance. Not so great though is the picking up the car stage. The paperwork aspect on the financial side could be improved, but that may be the case at all dealerships. And at this stage I wasn't in the mood for the hard sell on the extras - sealants, warranty extensions, etc. I just wanted to get my new car! To be fair this is probably the same at all dealerships, and upselling is part of it, so I don't fault Whitten so much as the industry practice. Despite that it was a surprisingly good experience and we are enjoying our new CX-5 immensely. So thanks. More
