I keep going back because I feel they're trustworthy (which is not a given for a car dealership) They value their reputation so they only sell cars in good condition and stand by their product. Each time I went to purchase a car I was attended to right away, treated with respect, no shenanigans and no pressure. They treat you well no matter how much you are spending. The most recent car I purchased was an older used car that was not expensive. They understood my needs and sold me within my budget and didn't try to upsell me. The salesman was as attentive and helpful as he would be to someone buying a new car. They want to sell a car (of course) but there is no pressure- they leave you alone to make the decision you are comfortable with. The salespeople have always been pleasant and willing to answer questions. We are happy with all three cars we have purchased and have had no issues with the cars subsequently. I highly recommend DCH Paramus Honda and will be happy to give them my business again in the future. More
