I DIDN'T KNOW A LEASING EXPERIENCE COULD BE THIS WONDERFUL!! My outstanding experience was with Harold Cayouette. I decided to lease again and Harold really went above and beyond for me, he really made me feel My outstanding experience was with Harold Cayouette. I decided to lease again and Harold really went above and beyond for me, he really made me feel like I was the most important customer that he has. First of all, when I came in, he was so happy to see me, he gave me a hug, and it was just like seeing a good friend. He took his time with me he really wanted to make sure that I understood every part of the process, even though I had leased before. But, the best part of all was that he made it so easy that all I had to do was pretty much sign my name on the line. Harold could see I was nervous and excited and I couldn't focus when I got there so he was so calm with me so I was able to calm down. Yes he is a great salesman, but more important to me, he is a just an outstanding individual. Absolutely a professional, he made sure that I understood the vehicle inside and out, actually every inch of it. Mr. Cayouette is my salesman for life, I am never leaving him because I truly enjoyed my leasing experience and usually buying, leasing, trading in is usually a pretty nerve racking experience and now that Harold is my lifetime salesman it will never be again. I have recommended him to my sister because she is looking to buy a car. I will always recommend him to all my friends and family. I really hope Herb Chambers is aware of what a great asset he has in Harold Cayouette, because not only can he sell the vehicles, but he can always keep them coming back to Herb Chambers Cadillac. Thanks Harold for a wonderful leasing experience!!! I would like to note that I spent a short amount of time with Jackie Sasso in finance and I would like you to know that she was just an absolute joy. My family referred me directly to Harold. I wanted to lease another Cadillac ATS and my sister and brother in law had just leased a new CTS and purchased a new ATS from Harold. My sister sugge I wanted to lease another Cadillac ATS and my sister and brother in law had just leased a new CTS and purchased a new ATS from Harold. My sister suggested that I contact Harold directly, I did so, and 2 days later I had the vehicle that I wanted. Outstanding Service from everyone especially Harold I was looking to purchase a Cadillac, I had gone to quite a few dealerships and spoke with quite a few salesman, I had also done my research on line. I was looking to purchase a Cadillac, I had gone to quite a few dealerships and spoke with quite a few salesman, I had also done my research on line. What I didn't look into was leasing a Cadillac. Harold was absolutely great in everyway, because he explained to me that since I was not driving a long way to work maybe leasing might be better for me. Well, Harold did have to do quite a bit of explaining because I had no idea, I didn't even consider that as an option. The reason I give him an excellent rating is because this is not just a job to him, he actually enjoyed talking to me about everything in detail and once he sells or leases the car to you, he never forgets you. Unprofessional.....don't stand behind their work Update on this.....I had to lower the review to one star because I couldn't do zero. I still say that Harold was great. But, in addition to the bumper mentioned below, I noticed that the rear defrost on the car wasn't working. I called saying I didn't think it was working - pretty soon after I bought the car,.......but, thinking that it was Herb Chambers and they stand behind their products, I said I would make sure.....I confirmed and eventually got it fixed. $300. (At this point, I hadn't even received the $100.....still haven't). I called and told them that I paid. crickets. Had to call several times. They finally agreed to $200 of the $500 I had to shell out. In summary. If you want a car that NEEDS $500 in work and you want to deal with a company generous enough to give you 40% of that. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere! I'm giving 2 stars because Harold, the sales guy, was outstanding. But, soon after purchasing my (used) car, I heard a noise when I hit any kind of bump. I live far away from the dealership, so I brought the car to a place near my house....they told me the dealership had painted the bumper and did not reattach the bottom. I said to go ahead and fix it.....I paid $200. I contacted Herb Chambers about reimbursement. They agreed to pay half. They sold me a car with an unattached bumper and they took HALF responsibility. How am I responsibility for a penny of this? I loved Harold. There's NO WAY Herb Chambers of Warwick (or, likely, any Herb Chambers) will get any more business from me. More

Beat dealership I have been to I purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX with only 15,500 miles on it in mint condition from Harold. It was the easiest purchase I ever made. I wish I had started doing business with Herb Chambers years ago. There was no pressure at all to buy the car. I agreed on a trade in price with Steve, the sales manager and the deal was done. I then finalized the purchase of the vehicle with Jackie and also purchased a extended warranty. All three were great to work with and are down to earth people, not your typical car sales people. Harold later showed me around the dealership and then explained all the features of the suv. It is one of the nicest vehicles I have ever owned and would recommend a SRX to anyone who wants a smooth, quiet running car with plenty of power plus the luxuries Cadillac has always been known for. Again thanks to Harold, Steve and Jackie for making my purchase so pleasurable. More

Great Service! I was in for a service appointment last week. My 2012 CTS was due for routine maintenance and was idling a little rough. As I drove into the service I was in for a service appointment last week. My 2012 CTS was due for routine maintenance and was idling a little rough. As I drove into the service drive, I was greeted by a valet, who opened my door and directed me to the service adviser, A.J. After explaining the symptoms of my car, he seemed to know exactly what I was talking about and told me it would be finished no later than 2:00 the following day. He immediately had a new CTS brought up for me that was gassed and washed (I almost think he had it pulled from the showroom). I was amazed at the level of service A.J. and his team provided. When he called and said my car was ready, i was almost disappointed, I was really getting to like the new CTS he provided me with. While picking up my 2012, it was purring like a kitten, and was looking like it was brand new again. Kudos to the reconditioning department. I then bumped into Harold, the sales advisor who helped me by my car in 2012. We are now in the process of putting a deal together on a new CTS like the one I was driving for a day. What a great experience. For myself as well as many others, going to a Car Dealership for service rates lower than a trip to the dentist.. and is usually more painful. A.J. and Harold made me feel like I was a guest at the Ritz Carlton. This has truly been an unexpected, exceptional experience. I look forward to my next visit with my new 2015 CTS! More
