Great Lexus of Arlington has been servicing my 2005 RX330 for a couple years now. I have worked with both Haresh and Tom P who have both been very helpful. Lexus of Arlington has been servicing my 2005 RX330 for a couple years now. I have worked with both Haresh and Tom P who have both been very helpful. They are always willing to take the time to answer any questions I have and ensure that my car is getting the service it needs. They are always up front about what maintenance or service needs to be done and what doesn't. If you are looking for a dealership to service your Lexus I would highly recommend Arlington. More

Great service I used to go to Schaumburg location and thay are rude and bad service. So i was looking for new service place and someone recommended the Arlington he I used to go to Schaumburg location and thay are rude and bad service. So i was looking for new service place and someone recommended the Arlington heights location. I have been there only one time and liked it a lot. Very professional and fast. They are trustworthy and nice people. Haresh helped me to understand what was wrong and explained everything to me very simple. Now this is my service place. I will go there again. I do recommend this place too. More

Service I am from Indiana but while visiting my brother in Hoffman Estates, I had the 100,000 mile service performed on my Lexus ES300. Haresh Trivedi was great about explaining and keeping me informed. The new location was amazing with all of the amenities. I will plan to have all major service performed here after such a great experience! More

30% above Lexus retail for service is a bit much I had an expensive repair on my Lexus that they wanted to charge me for 4 hours of labor and over $200.00 above the official Lexus Corporate retail pr I had an expensive repair on my Lexus that they wanted to charge me for 4 hours of labor and over $200.00 above the official Lexus Corporate retail price for one part. It was ridiculous. Other Official Lexus dealers within 50 mile all quoted and were going to charge the "book rate" of 2 hours labor and at or below the Lexus retail price of the part, not the inflated price they quoted. I even called their parts department to buy it and undercut the price that parts quoted me. Mr. Harash Trivedi requoted me down from above $1,500 to below $1,200 and then insisted that I sign off on the price and approve the work. His new selling price was now 5 hours of Labor at $110.00 per hour instead of 4 hours at $140/hourand over $600 for the part. Never mind that the other Lexus dealers I contacted stated 2 hours.. To bad about I experienced as their new car sales department is very good, fyi, I bought the car there new More

"Good first time experience" I have a good experience on my first visited to this location. The price are fair. Customer service are good. Only problem I have is time. The Best Experience ever?? Hello, I just want to let everyone know that I just went in for service on 04/06/15 and Mr. Haresh Trivedi helped me, what a stand up man this guy is Hello, I just want to let everyone know that I just went in for service on 04/06/15 and Mr. Haresh Trivedi helped me, what a stand up man this guy is, very polite and professional,knows exactly what he's talking about, I never had such a pleasant experience like this anywhere besides Arlington Lexus, i wish more ppl were like Mr. Trivedi, after my service was done promptly i was so happy that I offered Mr. Trivedi to take him for lunch or dinner but he kindly refused which I did not mind because it's part of business, anyways (Mr. Trivedi is a Fantastic man and pretty much Arlington Lexus is the place for my next car buy without any questions (this is how customer experience should be)!!! More

A 2+ hour Oil Change...OUCH First time customer. I had a 3:30 Oil change appointment..pulled into their service bat at 3:45...appaerently just before the 4:00 shift change. Was T First time customer. I had a 3:30 Oil change appointment..pulled into their service bat at 3:45...appaerently just before the 4:00 shift change. Was TOLD to stand "over there" until a service rep checks me in. Twenty minutes later i got tired of standing so I went into the lounge. The gal that i gave my car to told me it would be about an hour for a change and wash. It's now 5:00 and no sign of my car. I wander back to the service bay only to find out my car was never checked in for service. The service guy proceeds to check me in..telling me about 20 minutes with a wash and apologizing profusely about the mess up. I wait patiently unti 6:00 pm and then poke my head into the service guys office but he didnt give me the time of day as he had another customer in his office. I eventually got his attention after I pointed to my watch and demanded my car as I WAS ALREADY AN HOUR LATE. After telling me how busy they are, my car pulls up and he apologizes again to say they were so busy they didnt have time to wash my car. Now you would think that after the forst screw up, he would have personally handled my car with white gloves. xxxx, had I not trackd him down, aiwould probbly still be sitting in their lounge. A first time customer that they lost a chance to make a first great impression. I guess since I was only there for an oil change and not looking to buy the FLA on the floor...and they were BUSY...remind you, I was told 4 times how busy they were..like my time wasn't worth anything either? First time visit that was quite frankly... a waste of my time. More

The whole experience from start to finish was so much easier than I expected thanks to my sales advisor, MARK BURDEEN, who literally held my hand from start to finish. I have been with ALIP for almost 10 years and had people fighting to purchase my 2004 RX330, which I had purchased and maintained there over the years. The dealership from the Service Department to the Sales Department, truly treats you like family and give excellent service on all levels. Terry Krawcyzk, the Technology Advisor, has been extremely patient in helping me to learn all of the new features of the Lexus. I would strongly recommend MARK BURDEEN and ARLINGTON LEXUS IN PALATINE if you are looking to purchase a new or used/leased vehicle - they are the best! Janet W. More
