Andre is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the vehicles, if he doesn’t have an answer, he WILL get one for you. I’ve been to dealerships where you sit there awkwardly for hours, but Andre has a sk vehicles, if he doesn’t have an answer, he WILL get one for you. I’ve been to dealerships where you sit there awkwardly for hours, but Andre has a skill in comfortably filling the silence and passing the time. He’s not pushy about selling vehicles, and genuinely wants you to find what you want. He showed us the vehicles according to our preference and gave us the option to see more should we want to, but didn’t make us feel forced to shop for anything beyond our budget. (Which is necessary for used vehicles because the boss to the finance guys won’t budge and he is disrespectful to both the customer and the employee mediating.) when it came down to purchasing the vehicle, he was very clear and kind about explaining the pricing process. He made sure we knew why certain cars prices weren’t negotiable. As far as sales goes, it was one of the best car lot experience we’ve had in a while. More

My only complaint would be when I opened the hood and the trunk, there were small pine needles all over. It was washed on the exterior but for a brand new car purchase it should be spotless. I have now gone to Royal Moore for both of my cars purchases and I can honestly say I have never experienced better customer service.
