I should read more review before I bought 2 cars from them recently. Interesting enough, i had 2 BMW's from the same dealer and we thought we were going to receive the same treatment, service and post s them recently. The seller did a ok job when selling the car, after that, has been my worst experience in post sales. We are so frustrated that we are going back to get 2 BMW's with even a different dealer. More

My mom’s GLC 3 year lease was up so I reached out to 5 Mercedes dealerships in the Chicago area with the model and specs on the new vehicle. Speaking and/or emailing with all the dealerships. I ended up connecting with Hannah at Mercedes of Barrington. She was very responsive, professional and an excellent communicator. We hashed out a deal via phone and text within a few hours. She was polite but also got right down to business working to earn our business which had been going to Loeber for the past 2 vehicles. I sent my parents in to pick up the car that same day. Hannah made the process as easy as buying a car can be. Which can be lengthy and painful. Her exemplary approach to her craft and passion for what she does really shines through. My parents left feeling good about the deal and even better about the service they had received. Hannah will always have the first opportunity to earn our business moving forward. A true 5 star A+ experience. More
