Hannah was great. However, received vehicle back with low tire pressure light still on due to 4 different tire pressures so obviously the tech never checked tire press However, received vehicle back with low tire pressure light still on due to 4 different tire pressures so obviously the tech never checked tire pressure. Two hours wait time for a simple oil change and tire rotation is a little much but waiting area was nice. I believe they may have been short on help but keeping the customer updated on the progress would have been nice. I will try them again on my next service. More

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and to address a recall. They did not address the recall and didn't refill my washer fluid which is pretty standard when getting a vehicle service. I and to address a recall. I took my vehicle in for my first service after purchase. They never let me know the vehicle was ready and two days after picking up my vehicle, it started pouring oil. I called on a Saturday afternoon and w They never let me know the vehicle was ready and two days after picking up my vehicle, it started pouring oil. I called on a Saturday afternoon and was told they couldn't look at it until the following Thursday. I had to purchase and add two quarts of oil before I could make it back to the dealership. It turns out that they put the wrong oil filter on my vehicle. This is unacceptable as the loss of oil could have caused major motor damage!! I would not recommend this service department and will not be returning for my second "free oil change". More

The Finance department is a bunch of xxxxxxxx. They are not transparent in their dealings. I’m speaking in terms of finance rates and extended warranty. I went in with a credit score of over 800 They are not transparent in their dealings. I’m speaking in terms of finance rates and extended warranty. I went in with a credit score of over 800 and $15000 in cash and was given an interest rate of 8.21. Of course I have since refinanced with a rate o 4.24. I like the vehicle but would not recommend the way you do business. More
