Customer service FAILS! ! NOT great doing business! Waited 11 days to have my $16k used car ready, then the lock /unlock didn't work on the driver side nor the key fob . M ! NOT great doing business! Waited 11 days to have my $16k used car ready, then the lock /unlock didn't work on the driver side nor the key fob . Manager Tony wouldn't fix it ...nor other simple fixes like tire sensor n alignment ....he wouldn't even talk to me . Huge run around !! Sit around n wait even tho he never comes out . Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! More
