Horrible horrible horrible sold me a messed up car , had to bring it back 4 times in 3 weeks to fix tires, rims , strouts , headlights , lights inside, bumper. It ridiculous in 1 month they kept my car for to bring it back 4 times in 3 weeks to fix tires, rims , strouts , headlights , lights inside, bumper. It ridiculous in 1 month they kept my car for more then 12 days and when i would call shane he would answer with a attitude , one wording me back and talking nasty to me ! I would never ever go back , please do urself a favor and dont ever come here, its been 3 months since i got my dodge durango and my warranty is up and my cars shaking when i start it and my suspension is still messed up, its ridiculous how these peiple sell u lemon cars and dont say nothing about ir. More

Terrible experience with Deluxe. We saw their ad for a 2023 BMW X7 with 3400 miles that had been a lemon, but BMW fixed it. We worked with the salesman and specifically asked him w We saw their ad for a 2023 BMW X7 with 3400 miles that had been a lemon, but BMW fixed it. We worked with the salesman and specifically asked him whether the car had any dense, dings, scratches, or any other defect. The salesman assured us that this car was mint. We agreed to purchase it for approx. 69K. They had the car shipped to us, and upon arrival, we noticed all sorts of dents and scratches in the car, and it appeared that the car had been in a hailstorm. Upon further inspection, we found holes drilled in the hood where they had tried to repair using some sort of dent removal technique that was not successful. We reached out to our sales person and he said he needed to get the manager involved. The manager called us and apologized and seemed like he wanted to work through the issue. The problem is they charged us $2000 for an inspection by them, and I told the manager I was extremely concerned that these had not been seen during an inspection because the holes had been drilled very recently and there were metal shavings both inside the car where holes were likely drilled in the structure of the car and on the engine from the hood. I am now concerned that they bought the car with the hail damage and paid a far discounted rate and then tried to correct it and sell it to us. A car with hail damage is definitely worth far less than what we paid. They agreed to extend the period of time to exchange the car but now the only option they’ve offered us is for them to come pick up the car and take it back to their shop so they can attempt to repair the car. Unfortunately, we feel like we were scammed and we don’t trust them taking the car anywhere since they would have all our money and our car at that point. The bigger issue is that this car can never be repaired to what was offered to us, which was a brand new basically mint car. We are now going to be forced to file litigation against them because we are sitting here with a vehicle that is not what we contracted for. Please be careful. More
