Ty and Raf did their job well. After purchasing a 2021 f150 I noticed a couple drops on the driveway. When I inspected where it was coming from it was I could see it was from the p After purchasing a 2021 f150 I noticed a couple drops on the driveway. When I inspected where it was coming from it was I could see it was from the pinion seal of the differential. I called the dealership. They had me bring the truck in, gave me a loaner car and fixed the problem at no cost. The receptionist for the service department was excellent. I walked in we swapped keys and I was out within a minute. Both coming and going. I would have given the dealership five stars. I feel they could have caught and fixed the leak before purchase and could have communicated better while being serviced. A simple text saying “we found the issue and ordered parts should be done tomorrow “ would have prevented some frustration. Overall very satisfied. More

It was a great experience. Service bay door opened immediately. It was clear where to go to talk to the service rep. The service representatives were very professional and friendly, communicating all of the details of my vehicle and the services being performed clearly and accurately. The waiting area was comfortable, with a great selection of coffee and other beverages. The service was performed in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction. +1 for the overall cleanliness and the open, bright design of the building. I definitely plan to make Nissan Lake Country the only place I go to for service on my Nissan Sentra. I have one minor suggestion. Since I'm going to be waiting in the waiting area for most service appointments, it would be nice for there to be one table for me to sit at with my laptop. I work while I'm waiting, and it's much easier for me to use my laptop when it's on a table. More

Was excited a location was closer to home, but service is worse than where I used to go. First visit, my shuttle driver sat in the lobby drinking coffee for 15 minutes when I requested one upon arrival. I ha worse than where I used to go. First visit, my shuttle driver sat in the lobby drinking coffee for 15 minutes when I requested one upon arrival. I had already waited an hour for him to return from a prior shuttle. Returned for an oil change and maintenance check on a consistent tire pressure light on my dashboard after my tire replacement visit. I waited almost an hour and a half for an oil change when I made an appointment. I requested to check my sensors and tire pressure and was told there was nothing wrong, that it is just the cold weather triggering it. Woke up to a flat tire 2 days later! Was then told it was my sensor and valve needed to be replaced. Disappointed that maintenance did not check what I requested and would have saved me a lot of hassle. Overall, appreciative of repairs but unhappy with lack of thorough service provided. More
