I have never experienced as much unprofessional behavior as I did at this dealership. I found a vehicle I was interested in person and was yelled as we began the process. I hate it didn’t work out because I as I did at this dealership. I found a vehicle I was interested in person and was yelled as we began the process. I tried every method at first to get in touch with someone to cancel my warranties. I left voicemails and emails but no one reached back out. I had to submit a request to pretend to sell my vehicle someone to cancel my warranties. I left voicemails and emails but no one reached back out. I had to submit a request to pretend to sell my vehicle in order for someone to contact me. Haley contacted me and I explain the situation to her. She was helpful enough to pass along this information to one of the finance managers. However after a couple more days I still have not received any phone calls or emails. I had to dig for one of the previous salesman‘s phone numbers that sold me my last vehicle Mike. He advised me that he will get me in touch with the finance manager Michael. Michael sent me a document and called me that night and I sent it back to him. I never heard back from him I tried calling the dealership again I’ve emailed Michael two times and still no response. At this point it’s been a frustrating experience so I’ll reach back out to the sales person Mike which has been extremely helpful. Mike advised that he will let Michael know that I have been trying to get in contact with him and that he will also let Mark the sales manager know as well. I asked Mike the salesman to get Mark the sales manager to contact me and he did that night. Mark advised me that he is going to check on my cancellation and give me a call the next day. Surprisingly I did not receive a call the next day so after waiting 48 hours I called the dealership and left a voicemail for Mark the sales manager. I still have not heard back from Mark the sales manager nor Mike the finance manager. I normally do not leave bad reviews but this dealership has provided horrible customer service. More
