Another great experience at Ford of Galesburg. This is the only place I get my oil changed, but I used the shuttle/pick up option for the first time! We were passing through the area this week when my engine light came on. I called Ford of Galesburg and spoke to Haley in service. She said to bring the vehicle in, and they would get right on it. Haley w light came on. I called Ford of Galesburg and spoke to Haley in service. She said to bring the vehicle in, and they would get right on it. Haley was outstanding for getting me in as quickly as she did. They cleared the error code for an emissions component and said to continue on our trip home which was another hour away.
