My experience was pretty good at first the salesmen Chris and Hunter were great to work with. But when I went to pick up my car the customer service was not the same. The sales manager came out and then disa and Hunter were great to work with. But when I went to pick up my car the customer service was not the same. The sales manager came out and then disappeared handing me off to someone I didn’t know. I asked about my paperwork and he returned without it . I left the dealership with no paperwork! Hag to call back and ask for it. Also had to make another payment on my trade in after I was told “you should be good” it will be paid off before it’s due. Then I was told we have 20 days you probably make a payment and your bank will pay you back! More

driver that delivered my truck thru the JERRY HUNT SUPERCETER TAG OUT AT THE END OF THE ROAD i LIVE ON WHEN HE LEFTAND ONLY GOT ONE KEY WITH PURCHASE OF 47000 DOLLAR TRUCK AND THE FOB I GOT ONLY WORKS SUPERCETER TAG OUT AT THE END OF THE ROAD i LIVE ON WHEN HE LEFTAND ONLY GOT ONE KEY WITH PURCHASE OF 47000 DOLLAR TRUCK AND THE FOB I GOT ONLY WORKS HALF THE TIME WITHOUT BUMPING IT TOO MAKE IT WORK GREAT SALESMAN BUT OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD RATE IT AS JUST ONE OF THE QUICK SALE GET CUSTOMERS MONEY AND THEIR DONE WITH YOU THEY DID GET ME A JACK THAT WAS NOT IN TRUCK WHEN I BOUGHT IT BUT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TOO GO TO THE CHRYSLER DEALER TO GET A KEY FOB THAT WORKS ALL THE TIME AND PAY FOR IT HAVE NOT EVEN HAD THE TRUCK FOR 30 DAYS YET OH WELL WE WILL KNOW BETTER NEXT TIME More
