Hailey was very sweet. She did not know a lot about Cadillac's in general, but did about the other features. like the maps and radio. I did not have any dealings with a Parrish Kelley but Shawn was helpful as he drives a Cadillac. I will be out of town now for 33 days so will not get any use of OnStar.
