I purchased a 2019 GLC300 4matic coupe a week ago. When I tried to enroll it in Mercedes Me I learned the VIN was still tied to the previous owner. I called Mercedes Me and was told I would have to visit a local dealer. I chose Mercedes-Benz of Westminster since they were 5 miles from my office. When I went there looking for help to resolve the issue of the VIN being registered with the previous owner. I was told it would take over an hour and I would have to pay $290.00 just so I could take advantage of the technology offered in the vehicle. The only thing I did wrong was to buy a Mercedes-Benz, General Motors does not try to rip off customers with this kind of extortion. The entertainment system is virtually useless until I pay the extortion monies. This is the most unethical dealership I have ever come across. This is how they treat new customers and introduce them to Mercedes-Benz. Seems like the better practice would have been to help, instead of extort money. I might very well have been a very a long standing customer. Not now, these people are xxxx More

Do not waste your time here. Waited 3 months for a car to arrive that was ordered, came to pick it up and it is t what I ordered. The response from Sales guy and the GM- “We shou Waited 3 months for a car to arrive that was ordered, came to pick it up and it is t what I ordered. The response from Sales guy and the GM- “We should have been better but how about a different car for significantly more money”. 3 months lost on getting a car, poor service and they clearly don’t care but it won’t always be a sellers market and consumers will remember. I had an appt scheduled with Haydn Roberts to work on options on an end of a lease and he was the absolute worst. I am a young adult and I have never felt so degraded by an employee at ANY company. He did not allow me to ask any questions due to him continuously speaking over me. When I questioned the low ball numbers he provided me, he told me that Mercedes works with "real numbers" and if someone offered me anything other than that they are idiots. He was completely unprofessional and rude! He continuously moved his head forward and down making faces at me when all I was trying to do was get options for a lease buyout. He held onto my keys until he was done talking making me wait to leave and hear what he had to say about "real numbers". He mentioned my age immediately as I walked into his office and treated me like a fool ever since. He said he has been working there for 12 years during his rant about "real numbers" and it's a real shame that this is being tolerated at Mercedes. This is only a fraction of how poorly I was treated throughout my visit with Hayden. He also repeated himself a million times because he would not listen to my actual question. He cut me off every single time. I couldn't be more disappointed and upset about how poorly he treated me. More

Hadyn showed my wife exactly how to operate the new car we had bought and took his time to make sure she understood the functions of the car. I would recommend him to any of my friends and have already. I will certainly talk to him when I buy my next car. THe finance manager, KB, was very enjoyable to work with and quick to complete the paperwork. He explained everything to us as we went along in a friendly and enjoyable manner.
