I was over charged and due a refund on 6 February 2025. I made several requests to get my refund but So far I haven’t received it. Joe only responded once in the past 5 weeks, and on 28 February said I made several requests to get my refund but So far I haven’t received it. Joe only responded once in the past 5 weeks, and on 28 February said he check was in the mail. It is now 14 March and no refund. So I left several more messages yesterday but still no response, This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! No follow through to resolve a simple issue. More
