While driving to the location, they worked with us to prepare the paperwork so we wouldn't have to wait long once we arrived. They talked us into adding on a tire care warranty package that we originally had no intention of including, BUT it has almost paid for itself in the first few weeks when we had an issue with one of the tires. Our rep Heather has been incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. She took plenty of time explaining all the features of the car, and has continued answering questions weeks after the sale. I work in a sales driven market so I understand this world. Heather provided a high level of customer service and treated us like more than just another sale, and this is the reason we would come back. More
